Tips on finding jobs on uShip

To find jobs on uShip that meet your criteria for destination point, origin point, and category of load, use the uShip Find Shipments tool. This is the most powerful resource provided to uShip Carriers for finding specific, compatible transportation jobs. This tool allows you to see thousands of profitable loads in real time without ever having to refresh your screen. Each shipment will have its own listing, with all the details you would need about the load. Use the Find Shipments location searches and category filters to find the perfect shipment for your timeframe.

Location Searches

Find Jobs on uShip: Map

Use the tabs at the top of the Find Shipments page to narrow your search by geographical location.

  • International – Search for shipments with origin, destination, or both points in selected countries.
  • Multi-State – Search for shipments with origin and destination points in your going between specific states.
  • Along a Route – Search for shipments traveling along a specific route (that  you may add if you are travelling that way).
  • Local – Search for shipments within your city.
  • Intrastate – Search for shipments within a single state.

Category Filters

Find Jobs on uShip: Category Search

On the left side of the Find Shipments page, you will see the category filters. In this way, you can search for a specific category of load. For example, if you are a home mover, you can search for home moves only. If you have the equipment for auto transport, you can find auto hauling jobs. Any type of service you specialize in can be chosen using this tool, which will help you narrow down the loads to only shipments you can accommodate. This is much more efficient than searching through thousands of pages on a load board and using inaccurate keyword searches.

Advanced Filters

You can narrow your search even further by using the numerous advanced filters available to find the shipments that will be most relevant to you. Filter results by pricing, service type, origin/destination type, and more.
